Prosecutors trying to force testimony in Moxley murder case

There are new developments in the 23-year-old Greenwich murder case. Martha Moxley was 15-years-old when she was killed in 1975. Since then, no one’s been charged in the murder.

Right now prosecutors are trying to force testimony from Joseph Ricci, the owner of a school attended by suspect Michael Skakel. Ricci has insisted he knows nothing about Moxley’s murder. But, Wednesday, a former classmate of Skakel’s at the Elan School in Maine testified in Bridgeport Superior Court that Ricci had mentioned Skakel’s involvement in a murder in front of 90 other students.
