Judge Acts as Grand Jury in Moxley Case
(WTNH) _ A new development tonight in the unsolved murder case
of Martha Moxley. Veteran state judge George Thim has been appointed
as a one man grand jury to investigate the unsolved murder case. the
15 year old girl was found dead on her family's Greenwich estate in
1975. Two nephews of Robert and Ethel Kennedy have been identified
as suspects. Both Thomas and Michael Skakel have denied any involvement
in the killing.
