Moxley Murder Case May Go To Grand Jury

(WTNH) _ Prosecutors in the Martha Moxley murder case say they have a major announcement to make. They've scheduled a news conference for Friday, and a source close to the investigation says that prosecutors plan to seek a grand jury investigation into Moxley's murder. The 15-year old was beaten to death with a golf club in 1975. No one has been charged in her death. Recent books by former LAPD Detective Mark Fuhrman and Dominick Dunne have renewed interest in the unsolved murder.
