New Prosecutor in Moxley Murder
(WTNH) _ A new prosecutor will be heading the Martha Moxley
murder case. Special State Prosecutor Donald Browne says he is
withdrawing from the case because of a conflict of interest.
Browne was expected to decide whether to prosecute the 23 year
old murder case within the next few weeks. In a recent book called
"Greentown," author Tim Dumas raises questions that Browne could
have been 'paid off' in the case. The 15 year old Moxley was found
beaten to death on Halloween Eve in 1975, in Greenwich.
