Announcement due in Moxley murder case
WTNH-8

(Bridgeport-AP) _ Prosecutors are going to be releasing the results of the Martha Moxley murder investigation tomorrow.

State's Attorney Jonathan Benedict says he'll release the report concerning the 24-year-old murder investigation into the death of the Greenwich teen-ager.

Judge George Thim has been serving as a one-man grand jury for the last 18 months on the case.

The prosecutors are refusing to say whether Thim's report will say there is enough evidence to arrest anyone in the case, including Michael Skakel, the nephew of Robert F. Kennedy's widow, Ethel Kennedy. The grand jury probe focused on Michael Skakel.

Skakel's lawyer says he has heard nothing about his client facing any possible charges.
